I created this website to bring like minded property people together. Anyone addicted to property! The forum can be used to discuss latest property market trends, interesting news or just general discussions.
I purchased my first property in 2002 when the market was just about to go crazy. It was more luck than anything else and I doubled my money in about 3 years. I then purchased my 2nd property with my brother in law and flipped it in 10 months for a fair profit. I was in! I now have numerous properties in South Africa, both residential and commercial. Like everyone else I have made my mistakes and paid my school fees along the way but we never stop learning.
Hopefully this can be a forum for people to discuss latest trends, unscrupulous developers, agents and sellers, and provide a platform for value added services for the property industry in South Africa and internationally. In the 7 years I have been involved in the property industry, I have met and partnered with some of the biggest and best players both locally and internationally. I have some links to mortgage bond providers, bridging finance, Attorneys, other property websites, news articles etc.
